We’ve chosen to display this section because of the growing amount of interest in ladles. The size, shape and design seems endless—from the tiny mustard ladle to the grand soup ladle. Sauces, horse radish, punch, cream and just about any food and serving dish needs its own special implement.
Depending on the era, ladles can be plain, engraved, chased or repoussed.
The bowls are shells, oval, round; square or pierced; just about any shape imagined was created. This makes their collecting and use a great deal of fun.
